Tikal is a private luxury apartment is located in the luxurious Mayan Palace complex. It's ideal for quiet family vacations. Tikal features 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 2 balconies, service quarters, complete kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas. It also offers a business center, playground for children, and covered parking. Maid services are included.
This luxury apartment is able to accommodate up to 12 people (including children). It is available for rent exclusively to families.
Price per night: $550.00 USD in the low season, $700.00 USD in the mid-season (summer vacation season) and $950.00 USD during the high season (Semana Santa, Christmas and New Year). Security deposit of 20% required.
Guests have the option to use 9 memberships for $100 USD that allow you to enjoy the amenities of the surrounding Mayan Palace complex, which includes:
Access to the complete Mayan Palace complex (bars, restaurants, and other installations).
No Green Fee at the golf course (one must always use a golf cart when out on the course).
Use of the tennis courts, gymnasium, and spa with a 15% discount on food and drinks.
Free access to the exclusive Beach Club and children's aquapark.
If more memberships are required, they can be acquired for $1,000 Mexican pesos (or about $100 USD) per membership per day.
