The Villa is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in the original part of Las Brisas, near the scenic highway. This area is considered the most exclusive part of Las Brisas. the villa is just in front of Casa Bristol (now los Helechos), which was owned by Frank Sinatra for many years (where he married Mia Farrow) and next to Casa Patricia, the original home of fashion icon Gloria Guinness and her husband Loel.
The Villa is very private, surrounded by over 7000 sq. mt. of gardens, large tropical trees and plants, and a spectacular view of the open ocean, part of the Roqueta Island and the lights of the Las Americas peninsula. From here you can observe spectacular sunrises and sunsets 365 days a year, nothing can distract you from its’ total serenity.
There is a terrace with a large and deep swimming-pool (app. 20m long) where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. On another terrace (the grill terrace) you may enjoy the grilled meats or a freshly caught fish of the day and of course the wonderful fruits and vegetables that are part of Acapulco's local produce. Have a buffet in the evening and admire the twinking lights of the city and the bay.
Quetzalcalli features a 10mt. high waterfall that is built within prehistoric boulders, which flows into the Jacuzzi-swimming pool on the second level. Several terraces or informal living-sitting and entertaining areas are on this level with a length of more or less 45m.and over 6 mt. wide. It is totally equipped as an informal living and dinning area.
Partially shadowed by huge tropical trees such as the yellow amate, Ceiba and a Fig tree, which grows through the roof of the downstairs bar. Here you can meditate, while enjoying the peace of the Bay of Santa Lucia and contemplate it's incredible history and the different civilizations that lived here many centuries past.
Quetzalcallis' architecture is in the style of Frank Lloyd Wrights', "Falling Water", with a very large living room on the first level decorated with important contemporary and pre-Columbian art. In the rear of the living room and set apart is a large dining area with three Ero Saarinen dining tables and chairs which can seat 24 people comfortably for an informal or formal meal.
A step down from the living area you reach a partially roofed area with a low round table in form of Quetzalcoatl (the feathered serpent god of the Toltec’s), surrounded by Harry Bertoia chairs and next to it a large bar, with the fig tree's as a backdrop. Down a couple of stairs the swimming pool with a large terrace made out of deep red cantera from Queretaro.
The house has 5 bedrooms with 51/2 bathrooms and includes a separate bunglelow with 1 guest room and 1bath. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second level and open up on both terraces. From there you have access to the Jacuzzi swimming pool.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other a king and third two doubles.
Another bedroom is downstairs off the living room and has two single beds, and the last two (the bungalow) is separated from the house by 5 steps and has one king size bed, a large totally private terrace and a separate entrance. The adjoining bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds.
The last large bedroom, which has a queen size bed is available for rentals of 12 days or longer only.
Also the house can be rented as a three bedroom villa with all the same services.
All the bedrooms are furnished with ceiling fans, air-conditioners, telephone, radio and T.V. Which is DirecTV from the United States? Latest grounded electrical installations are throughout.
In renting Quetzalcalli you become automatically member of the Private Country Club of Las Brisas, where you have access to tennis courts, saunas, Jacuzzi, gym, ecological walks, paddle tennis, semi-Olympic swimming-pool, game-room, library and restaurant (service 8:30 to 17:30 P.M) Also access to our private environmentally friendly beach. Sunday mass is held in the ballroom and during holidays there are movies in our state of the art theatre and many parties and cultural events are held here. A 24 hour medical service with clinic as well as Las Brisas’ private 24 hour security is available.

The house includes the following services:
1 waiter / bartender (very trustworthy) 1 cook/maid 1 maid/cleaning woman (over 6 people) (optional staff is available and included, depending on the amount of guests)
Maximum recommendable capacity is 12 persons (there is an excellent high-riser that in an emergency makes two extra beds that are 30 in. wide)
The house has many art objects and has two swimming pools (one large and deep) we therefore recommend that if rented with children extreme care and vigilance be taken.
Small dogs are aceptable!
